Jim has successfully delivered time management and business development seminars to a number of audiences over the last 15 years.
For 21 of his 30 years as a lawyer, Jim practiced civil litigation with a focus on insurance and products liability. He managed teams of lawyers and legal assistants in research, document management, writing, client and adversary relations, and court presentations in three of Alberta's largest lawsuits. Jim has also taught Interviewing, Negotiating and Counseling at the University of Calgary Law Faculty.
Although Jim's primary focus has been in the legal community, the skills he presents are transferable to any situation where individuals want to better utilize the time they have.
With a background in law and as a small business owner, Jim brings to his seminars real-life examples everyone can relate to.
